Follow-up workflow
After you send an initial email, Jooobb! sets a follow-up due date (+14 days). Use the shorter follow-up template when the due date arrives, or snooze by a week if you need more time.

Enable Monitor on a target with a career page URL. A daily background check scans for new job links and surfaces them at the top of the outreach page.
- Add to applications creates a draft Application linked to the company
- Dismiss alerts you do not care about
- Failures are logged per target without blocking other checks
Import and contact discovery
Bulk-import targets from CSV or XLSX (matching the Proactive Outreach Tracker spreadsheet columns). Companies are matched by name or created as prospects.
For contact discovery outside Jooobb!, use LinkedIn search, Hunter.io, or Apollo to find HR and executive emails, then link contacts on the company record before composing outreach.
