v1.19.0

Contact timeline and cleaner people from public registries

Platform CRM contacts get a Timeline of major person changes, and public-registry officer roles for the same person stop creating duplicate contact rows.

Platform CRM should tell one story per person. This release adds a contact Timeline for major life and role events, and stops public-registry officer and control roles for the same person from cloning into multiple CRM contacts.

Contact Timeline

Each contact has a Timeline tab that gathers major person changes in one place: company roles and resignations, observed residences, birth year, merges, and other enrichment events already recorded for that person.

What you will notice:

  • A Timeline tab next to change history on contact detail
  • Role appointments and residence moves visible as dated events
  • Company names linked when a role change belongs to an employer

One person, one contact across registry roles

When public company registries list the same person under several appointments at one company, Platform CRM reuses a single contact instead of creating a row per appointment.

What you will notice:

  • Fewer duplicate pins stacked on the contacts map for the same person
  • Role history kept on the shared company link
  • Cleaner contact counts for registry-sourced people

Built for a trustworthy person narrative

Whether a role came from a public registry filing, a residence observation, or enrichment, Platform CRM now presents those person changes together — without inventing extra people for every appointment.
